My February 2014 Favorite

February ended so fast, I feel like just finish writing my January Favorite and now it is March already, so it is time for me to write February Favorite :) Time flies...Just a blink of eyes, its already March of 2014. Remember clearly that me and my group of friends just discussing what to do on Old & New 2013. :D Time flies so fast~~

Ok, no more babbling, lets start!

1. Real Techniques - Stippling Brush

I L.O.V.E this Dual-Fiber Stippling Brush by Real Techniques, I usually use it to apply my foundation and dabbing to my face to get more coverage by building the foundation. It gives the kinda airbrush effect to the finish look. The bristle is real soft and 100% cruelty-free. One more thing I like from Real Techniques brushes are their length of the bristle is perfectly measure, not too short or long, so it is easier to control its movement. Plus, I like the color because it is PINK!!!

Really RECOMMEND this one if you want to get the airbursh and more coverage in applying foundation. This stippling brush will def my On-to-go brush now.

Their Bristle is really soft and not too short or too long, so it is easier to control its movement

2. Sigma Brushes : Small Angle (E65) ,Tapered Blending (E40)

Aside than Real Techniques brush, I also in love in SIGMA brush, their brushes are really steady and works really good. I personally really like their Small Angle (E65) brush because with this one, I could get the Winged eyes cat look without any difficulty. The brush is really thin and slim so you can control the bristle and get the look that you want.
Small Angle E65

The perfect angle to make any eyeliner look

As for Tapered Blending (E40), I like this one because I use it as brush to put my transition color, it gives the perfect finish of my transition color, it blend it real well without any harshness.
Tapered Blending E40

Their brushes are more expensive than Real Techniques but it is worth investment for Make-up lover :) :)

3. Sephora - Crease brush

I know it is Crease brush but I use it as Blending brush because I feel like it works perfectly as blending brush for me. Anyone also use their brush in other way as it supposed to do or it just me? :P :P

I find the brush is quite small so it is perfect for Asian eyes where our eyes are total different and the brush has a bit pointy so I can specifically use it to the parts where I want to blend. It is like I can control the brush to do its job wherever I want.

4. Boscia Super-Cool De-Puffing Eye Balm

This product is recommended by my BFF, he is really good in skin care product, I always ask him :P :P

I barely take care of my eye part which I should because I always focusing my eyes make-up and recently I sleep really late so eyes usually so puffy.

This product will help you to DE-PUFF in the morning, you can see the difference. It is quite cooling while you apply it and in minutes your eyes are perfect to go out. RECOMMEND!!

5. The Body Shop - Tea Tree Oil

Acne or Pimple is an annoying thing that could ever appear in our face esp it always pop-out on "RIGHT" timing!! Hate it. haha. Lucky I found this Body Shop - Tea Tree Oil. I usually apply it like 2-3 days, the acne or pimple kinda dry out (for the pimple that you don't squeeze it) but it works best after you squeeze it (just small pimple or acne), it will penetrate and works it wonder. Within days, it will dry out and leaves no scar.

My current Favorite in beating those pimples!

6. Biore - Cleansing Oil-in-Cotton

There will always be a lazy day when we don't feel like removing make-up, it happens to me quite lot. haha. When those days are around, I just use this Biore Cleansing Oil-in-Cotton Sheet Make up Remover. It just remove EVERYTHING! even the stubborn Mascara, you know mascara can be real stubborn, this sheet just remove it without any effort. Love this makeup remover. It makes my life easier. Biore is really good in their make-up remover product, not only this cotton but also its Cleansing Oil. Biore never fails me!

It comes with the box and also Refill :)

Tutorial: My Look using Lorac Pro Palette-- Simple Sexy Brown

It is about Lorac Pro Palette again, hope you ladies are not that sick with this product, please don't because this one is worth it :) This time, it is not about Review or me blabbing about how good it is, but I will make Tutorial using it. This I think is my second tutorial so bare with me  :)

Here we go:
1. Always remember to PRIMER your eyes so the color will be obvious and Long-lasting whole day.

2. Line your upper waterline using your favorite Black Pencil Eyeliner. I am using Hana Waterproof Black Pencil Eyeliner.
3. Take any cream pencil liner in Dark Brown Color, Here I am using Holika Holika Jewel-light Waterporoof Eyeliner in shade No.5 and blend it out using your finger.

Take out your Lorac Pro Palette, it is the time to use it :P Today we are going to use 5 colors: Garnet, Gold, Champagne, Deep Purple & Cream.

4. Apply Gold at your upper lid until middle half and leave the tip part for Champagne. Blend well between Gold and Champagne.
5. Apply Garnet above the Gold color. Again Blend well so there is no harsh line above the Garnet.
6. Apply little of Cream color above the Garnet as transition color so it won't be so weird.

7. Apply the Deep Purple color in the V corner and Blend well into Garnet and Gold.
8. Touch up some of the Gold in the middle of upper lid.
9. Now it is the lower lash line time. The sequence of the colors is the same as above just put it in very thin line and blend all those color together.
10. Apply Deep Purple on outer lash line and Garnet next about 1/4 and then Gold in the middle and lastly Champagne in the inner.

11. Put your favorite Eyeliner, I am using CLIO eyeliner and Hana Waterproof Eyeliner for Lower Lash Line.
12. Curl your lashes and apply your Fave mascara, I am using Maybelline Rocket Mascara

And You are DONE!
The Result~~~

Review: LUSH Cream Eyeshadow - SOPHISTICATED

Never know that LUSH has make-up line now, because in my mind, LUSH is all about bubbles, strong nice smell bath soap, and unique bubble soap and all. Up until my friend gave this little bottle to me, I was like "HEIN?! LUSH has Cream Eyeshadow?? I don't know lerrr (in my Singlish mode) :P

My first impression of it without opening or trying it, just by looking, I was like "The color looks nice"; it looks very pigmented and very coppery color which I like. So I definitely will give it a try.

Nice & Cute Packaging

The Color is quite nice right? Nice shimmery Taupe color

I found my interesting way in using this cream eyeshadow is to out some of it in your lid and let it sit for like couple seconds and blend it with your finger and the color is more visible than if you directly blend it after application.

What I say:
1. Packaging is Unique, it looks like some of those chemical bottle which I find quite cute. I really love the packaging ( I think I will give 10 out of 10 for the creativity)
2. It comes in clear bottle so you'll know when you run out even tho it will be quite long, because the amount of this product is quite much.
3. It quite pigmented and definitely can build it up.
4. Can be used as base color as well
5. It quite long lasting, last from 3 - 8 hours depends on if you use Primer or not.

So, have you ladies try this? Happy Weekend all
